My years working as in-house counsel at companies focused on technology, communications, sales, and distribution give me a perspective that differentiates me from other attorneys. This experience, combined with my engineering degree and sales and operations background, enables me to quickly understand new technologies and identify the accompanying business concerns. I am able to plainly explain to non-lawyers what the legal language of a contract really means, pointing out potential risks and presenting what business decisions must be made. I will offer creative solutions to mitigate those risks that cannot entirely be eliminated, because ultimately I know that the deal needs to get done. Once we agree on an approach, I can be relied upon to draft appropriate language that reflects your priorities and to vigorously advocate for your position in negotiation and through project completion.
